Would you rather talk to someone in person? With Getsafe, you can do just that, as your first consultation session with a lawyer is free of charge. This gives you the chance to discuss any concerns with a professional and seek advice. You will also receive an initial assessment of your case and, if necessary, information on how to proceed.

You are employed by Mr. Smith's company. While you’re talking to a colleague in the kitchen, you realize that you are being paid significantly less than them, even though you do the same work. Your insurance will pay for the legal costs.

WHAT ARE WAITING TIMES?
When it comes to legal insurance, waiting periods can apply for some services. But what are waiting periods? Simply put, your insurance coverage only becomes active after a certain period of time. Typically, you have to purchase legal insurance and wait for certain periods, depending on the service you require. Only then is your insurance cover fully active.

DEDUCTIBLES
At Getsafe, we offer you a variable deductible. What does this mean? With the deductible, you pay for part of the costs yourself. For the first year you pay €300 by default. If you do not report a legal claim, your deductible will be reduced by €100 each year.
Please note: If you make a legal claim, your deductible will be increased to €500 for the next year.
